Made-to-order and pre-order items are clearly marked and may take longer to ship. Estimated dispatch timelines are available on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping times and costs are outlined at checkout. VÉR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Made-to-order and discounted items may not be eligible for return.
