At VÉR, we are committed to delivering premium quality and exceptional service. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and clear returns process to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Return Period

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:


  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, socks and accessories are non-returnable if opened.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

 

 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


Exchanges
If you require a different size, you may request an exchange by contacting us at returnsveractivewear@gmail.com

Your replacement will be shipped once your original item has been received and approved.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact returnsveractivewear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and images of the issue so we can resolve it swiftly.
